The day of the event, they arrived on time, were very efficient and exceptionally professional. I was very impressed how discreet the set up was and how smoothly the service went.

I feel like they went above and beyond with their service. Oh!!! And the food...we had a heavy appetizer menu. Everything was flavorful and tasty and perfect temperature. I can't express how pleased I was with cafe orleans!"

Bachelor Party Morning After Breakfast

We used Cafe' Orleans to cater a training event that required all participants to focus closely on the content of the class. Staff from Cafe' Orleans were basically like Ninjas.

It was hot outside and they had to bring food for 21 from outside, up the elevator, four floors, and quietly set the food up in the back of the room. They did this with such finesse and respect for the class. Staff didn't make a noise while they set up. This helped to get our class trained with very little distraction.

The biggest complaint that we had was that we wanted more food!!! It was so tasty and several people were from other parts of the country and they got to taste a bit of New Orleans inside our conference room.

Thank you Ms. Shirley for an amazing experience! We'll be using you again in the future!

"My original caterer canceled on catering our wedding a month before our wedding date. We were looking for another caterer in our budget and found Cafe' Orleans Catering here on Thumbtack. We were discouraged about losing our caterer but Ms. Sears was so pleasant and helpful. Not only did she give us everything we had on the menu from our previous caterer but from the beginning, she totally understood our situation, taste and vision, and because of this we were completely confident that she would do a wonderful job. She went beyond the call of duty on so many occasions. She was so easy to work with, and she kept us super calm. We so appreciate everything she did to make our wedding beautiful, delicious, and special. Many of our guests commented that the staff was incredibly nice and attentive. We certainly felt taken care of by everyone. Perhaps most importantly, the food was AMAZING! It surpassed our very high expectations. Almost everyone commented to us and our planner that the food was the tastiest wedding food they've ever had. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the presentation was just beautiful (even though Ms. Sears jokingly stated that she needs work on presentation). It was just as beautiful as other caterers presentation. Plus, we were able to eat more food than expected! Our guests are still raving about all three entrees, and I'm sure they will be for a long time to come. The dessert was absolutely incredible. Assorted cheesecakes are probably my favorite thing, and these were the real deal -- on par with the best I've had. Judging by the lines for the dessert buffet, I'm sure no one missed the cake! In the end, Im glad we ended up with a different caterer because she is the best. I am sure she gained several customers and Im working to get her more business. It is the least we can do because we cannot thank her enough!"

"After speaking with Ms. Sears about our wedding, she was very pleasant, helpful, and has great prices. We decided to use her company for a luncheon before booking the company for the wedding. Ms. Sears was not at the luncheon but we were aware that she would not be on-site. Her staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. The food was exceptional. There was more food than we anticipated for the price we paid. The luncheon menu was Bourbon Chicken, Creole Rice, Roasted Herb Vegetables, and Salad with Creole Honey Mustard which are some of the items that will be on our wedding buffet. We are pleased about hiring Cafe' Orleans for our luncheon and truly elated about them serving our wedding guests."
