All prices quoted is based on cash payments. Monthly payments are highly suggested. We accept Cash, Electronic Payments, or Credit Card. All credit card payments will be subject to a service charge of three percent (3%) per the amount of transaction. We will send you an invoice for credit card payments. This is permission for a single transaction only, and does not provide authorization for any additional unrelated debits or credits to your account.

This payment authorization is for the services described on invoice and signed contract, only the amount noted on invoice, and is valid for one time use only.
